TGA!
MW3 is messed up because they are penalizing those with faster connections/host. Versus the little benefit that group may have received in Black Ops/MW2. The patch on TG day was supposed to have fixed this. But just yesterday, I felt faster when I wasn't host/slower when I was...but it is better than before.
